National Business institute’s seminar on Construction Defect Litigation

Dewayne Lonas and Matt Hundley each presented topics at the National Business institute’s seminar on Construction Defect Litigation on October 1, 2013 in Richmond. Dewayne and Matt both spoke on “Construction Litigation: Allegations, Defenses and Proving Your Case.” Matt separately contributed to a panel on ethics issues in construction litigation.
