Steven Forbes Elected VP of HTBA

MRC attorney Steven D. Forbes has been elected vice president of the Hill Tucker Bar Association, an organization of which he has been a member for five years. Formerly known as the  Old Dominion Bar Association, the Hill Tucker Bar Association (HTBA) is one of the oldest historically African-American bar associations in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
