Christian Tucker is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation section, working on product liability defense, toxic tort and asbestos defense, commercial matters, and other complex civil matters. Christian was named to the 2022 Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars in the area of civil litigation defense.
Prior to joining Moran Reeves Conn, Christian interned for governmental and non-profit organizations in Virginia and Alaska, as well as for the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia, gaining experience in both state and federal courts on a variety of civil issues.
Christian graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2017. He earned his B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Bucknell University in 2011, where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team. Prior to attending law school, Christian oversaw and managed the sourcing, manufacture, and sale of recycled plastics for a start-up company in New Jersey, giving him a unique understanding of industrial equipment and the day-to-day operations of his clients.
Christian is admitted to practice in Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Outside of the office, Christian is active in the Richmond lacrosse and bluegrass communities, and serves as an assistant coach for the Lee Davis High School varsity boy’s lacrosse team.
