Laura M. Berry

Laura is a member of the firm’s complex litigation team and represents clients involved in a variety of state and federal litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction litigation, products liability defense, toxic torts defense, premises liability, and other business disputes.

Laura advises clients throughout all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution. She has worked with national and local businesses to navigate all stages of litigation, including appeals. Laura has extensive experience managing all aspects of discovery, motions practice, mediations, and judicial settlement conferences. In 2024, Laura was honored as a young lawyer in Virginia Business magazine’s list of Legal Elite.

In her spare time, Laura enjoys running, practicing yoga, watching college basketball, and spending time with her friends, family, and cocker spaniel, Leo.
