Zach Berry is an associate attorney on the commercial real estate and securities team at MRC. Zach’s real estate practice includes assisting clients with all aspects of the acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate assets, including multi-family, office, medical office, industrial, and retail assets. His real estate practice also includes representing lenders in commercial and construction loans.
Zach’s securities practice includes drafting private placement memoranda and subscription documentation for private securities offerings under Rules 506(b) and (c) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, with a particular emphasis on real estate related securities, including Delaware statutory trusts. He also has experience in general business, corporate and securities matters, including entity formation and dissolution and ongoing corporate governance.
In his leisure time, Zach enjoys cooking and he is certified to scuba dive.
