Michelle Paul supports the firm’s litigators with medical issues in malpractice cases. She holds a master’s degree in Leadership and Management and has over two decades of hands-on nursing experience, including emergency services, trauma care,  cardiac care, and pediatric life support.

Michelle is an associate professor in the nursing program at Bryant and Stratton College, where she serves as the Skills Lab director and is a member of the Curriculum Committee. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor at ECPI Nursing School, teaching courses such as Pharmacology, Leadership, and Medical-Surgical Nursing.

Michelle is active in mental health advocacy, including work with individuals in recovery. She works with the bipartisan initiative “Right Help Right Now” supporting Virginians before, during, and after a mental health crisis.
