Our Business and Real Estate Group represents both landlords and tenants in connection with drafting and negotiating office, retail, and industrial leases, as well as ground leases and master leases.  Our attorneys are well-versed in issues related to sale-leasebacks, and the unique challenges presented by ground leases and master leases.

Our leasing team also handles reviewing and negotiating lease amendments, assignments, extensions, early termination agreements, subleases, estoppels, SNDAs, and work letters.  Our attorneys have experience in resolving lease disputes and defaults, including litigation when appropriate.
