We represent investors, builders, and developers in commercial and residential projects, throughout the life cycle of their projects. We work with our clients to structure their entities at the outset of a transaction in order to best achieve their business goals. We also assist our clients in the preparation and negotiation of various design and construction documents, including AIA contracts.
We review and analyze due diligence materials, including title, survey, zoning reports, environmental site assessments, and condominium documents. Because our real estate practice is national in scope, we have developed a network of local counsel resources in nearly every state, and we are therefore able to offer our clients the efficiency of a “one-stop shop” for all aspects of real estate transactions across the country.
