Heather Summers

Heather Summers is an experienced paralegal on the firm’s transportation defense team. Heather has over 28 years of combined legal experience as a legal assistant, domestic law paralegal, corporate paralegal, and civil defense litigation paralegal. She has provided paralegal support on numerous trials in General District Court, Circuit Court, and in United States District Court. On several occasions, she helped with cases pending in the Virginia Court of Appeals and Virginia Supreme Court.
