Our nurse paralegals work with our medical malpractice defense team and organize, review, analyze, and summarize medical records. They also identify expert witnesses, research medical issues, etc. We seek someone with RN credentials, prior nurse paralegal or legal nurse consulting experience, and at least 10 years of clinical experience. Risk management or healthcare quality experience is a plus.

Litigation Associate – Medical Malpractice Defense
We seek a litigation attorney with at least two years’ experience conducting depositions, having direct contact with clients, and representing them at hearings and trials for medical-related cases (medical malpractice, toxic tort, workers’ compensation, personal injury, wrongful death, etc.).

We seek an experienced litigation paralegal with a passion for technology to assist our attorneys from case inception through trial. Strong project management, communications, and interpersonal skills that reflect our firm values are essential. A bachelor’s degree with at least three years of complex litigation paralegal experience is required. Document management database and litigation technology experience is preferred.
