Litigation Attorney (Toxic Tort)
MRC is searching for an attorney to join its toxic tort litigation team, which serves as national coordinating, national discovery counsel and as local counsel for companies involved in asbestos and silicosis litigation. Job responsibilities include the oversight of discovery directed to our firm’s clients (including the preparation of discovery responses and management of document productions), assisting in the preparation and defense of company fact and expert witnesses, and the management of local counsel across the country.
The successful candidate must be a team player with strong organizational, leadership and management qualities, exceptional writing abilities and a high level of attention to detail. A minimum of three years’ litigation experience is required, preferably in toxic tort or other pattern products liability litigation.

We seek an experienced paralegal to work with our litigation attorneys. The litigation paralegal will assist with working up cases from inception through trial, including the following:
- Preparing basic pleadings
- Managing case deadlines
- Preparing responses to discovery
- Managing large document productions
- Obtaining and reviewing records of all types
- Coordinating and scheduling depositions and trials
- Communicating with witnesses
- Preparing trial exhibits
- Assisting at trials
The successful candidate must be a team player, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational and communication skills. A four-year college degree and at least three years of litigation paralegal experience are preferred.
