Josephine A. Battles

Associate attorney Josie Battles is a member of the firm’s complex litigation team. Josie most often works on matters related to premises liability defense, products liability defense, and toxic torts defense.

In her previous practice at a law firm, Josie defended corporate clients in insurance coverage-related disputes and claims of negligence, breach of contract, defamation and other civil causes of action.

Outside of the office, Josie enjoys traveling, reading, and working on art projects in her home studio.
