Chair of the Appellate Advocacy Section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys

On October 24, Brian J. Schneider (Chair of the Appellate Advocacy Section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys) will be moderating a discussion with Senior Justice Lawrence L. Koontz, Jr. of the Supreme Court of Virginia, and Judge G. Steven Agee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, on various aspects of written and oral advocacy in Virginia’s appellate courts. Brian will also be conducting a round table discussion with three former U.S. Supreme Court law clerks about their experiences working on legal issues for the nation’s highest court. This seminar is part of the VADA’s annual meeting at the Hotel Roanoke in Roanoke, Virginia.
