Firm Expands Office Space, Fronts HIstoric Richmond Street

The firm recently expanded its office space in the Shockoe Slip Commercial Block Building from 9500 to 14,000 square feet. The new space includes an entrance, conference center, and marquis at 1211 East Cary Street. The Commercial Block Building, which blends the old and new with its original footprint, open architecture, exposed brick walls, and high ceilings, was chosen by the firm’s founding attorneys as the ideal location in which to build a creative and collaborative work environment. Moran Reeves Conn managing shareholder Martin A. Conn said, “We needed more space due to our growth, but we did not want to leave Shockoe Slip, which feels like home and the hub of Richmond to us. We aim to be forward-thinking in our culture, our legal practice, and our service, and are honored to join other progressive businesses that have made historic East Cary Street their home address.”
