Ashley Davoli focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation matters. She represents clients in both state and federal courts on a variety of issues, including toxic torts, products liability, breach of contract, business torts, premises liability, transportation, and complex, multi-party litigation.

Ashley advises clients throughout all stages of litigation, from the initial pleadings through resolution. She has extensive experience managing discovery and expert witnesses, including preparing and responding to written discovery, assisting with expert reports, and managing large-scale document productions, as well as handling e-discovery in complex disputes. Ashley also regularly participates in mediations, drafts mediation statements, and counsels clients on resolution strategies.

Prior to joining Moran Reeves Conn, Ashley gained experience as an associate attorney in commercial litigation at regional and national law firms in Delaware and Virginia. After law school, Ashley served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul R. Wallace of the Superior Court of Delaware, where she focused on the Complex Commercial Litigation Docket. During her third year of law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Roderick C. Young of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys reading, running, and watching Georgetown basketball and Penn State football.
