Congratulations to Eric Reeves, Brian Schneider, and Stinson Mundy on the Supreme Court of Virginia’s opinion yesterday in Kiser v. A.W. Chesterton, in which the Court affirmed summary judgment in favor of product suppliers and held that Virginia remains a “single disease” jurisdiction for purposes of statutes of limitations.
