Medical Malpractice Defense
Nasiba is an accomplished associate attorney concentrating on healthcare law, with a particular focus on medical malpractice defense. She is well-versed in representing both individuals and companies in matters of medical malpractice and regulatory board issues. Her experience also includes handling worker’s compensation cases.
One of the things that sets Nasiba apart is her unwavering commitment to her clients. Nasiba goes above and beyond to ensure her clients feel supported and well-represented. She is highly responsive and makes herself available to discuss issues of importance as unexpected situations arise.
Nasiba acquired significant legal experience while in law school. She served as a legal extern for the Honorable Randall Johnson, Jr. of Henrico County Circuit Court, and was a summer associate at MRC. She also interned at the Office of the Public Defender for the City of Baltimore, the Law Offices of Peter Angelos, and the Maryland Legal Aid Bureau as an undergraduate student at Stevenson University.
Nasiba is fluent in English and Uzbek. She loves traveling to different countries, reading, and spending time with her family.
