Brandon Galindo is an associate on the firm’s transportation team, where he helps motor carriers and freight brokers navigate complex disputes involving personal injuries arising out of roadway incidents. Brandon also represents businesses involved in an array of commercial litigation disputes.
Brandon has experience representing clients in the transportation, insurance, and hospitality industries in matters involving catastrophic injury, Federal Tort Claims Act litigation, traumatic brain injury claims, class action, wrongful death cases, insurance coverage, slip and falls, gross negligence, negligent entrustment, negligent security, negligent hiring, negligent retention, and intentional torts.
Brandon works closely with clients to understand their operations, manage risk, and develop practical strategies tailored to their goals. He brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to each matter, helping clients evaluate exposure, respond effectively and aggressively to litigation, and position cases for the strongest possible outcome. Brandon has tried dozens of cases to successful results in both state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the team at Moran Reeves Conn, Brandon spent nearly six years as a Plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer. He knows how Plaintiffs litigate and the strategies they use to secure multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts. His unique perspective aids him in defending clients. With Moran Reeves Conn, Brandon advises his clients on how to avoid those outcomes and mitigate significant claims.
Outside of his practice, Brandon enjoys watching WVU football and basketball with his wife, their two dogs, and cat—all steady companions on game days. He is also an avid outdoorsman who can be found fishing or hunting much of the year.
