Samuel J. Naramore

Samuel is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation group. He takes the time to understand each client’s business, goals, and concerns, building trusted relationships through clear communication and responsive service. Samuel collaborates with clients to develop practical approaches that help them navigate complex legal challenges with confidence.

Before joining the firm, Samuel clerked for President Judge Eric M. Davis of the Superior Court of Delaware. He regularly worked on matters assigned to the Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Docket (CCLD), which gave him extensive exposure to high-stakes civil litigation. His clerkship provides valuable insight into how courts analyze legal arguments, evaluate evidence, and approach disputes. That perspective enables him to identify key issues early, anticipate potential challenges, and craft well-supported strategies for clients. He draws on this experience to provide thoughtful guidance, prepare matters efficiently, and help clients make informed decisions at every stage of litigation.

Outside of his practice, Samuel enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, and exploring new interests. A Boise native, he is an avid Boise State football fan and cheers on his alma mater from afar.
