Transportation and Trucking Practice Expands with Addition of Four Attorneys

MRC has expanded its transportation and trucking defense practice with the addition of four attorneys.

Ashley W. Winsky has joined the firm as a shareholder. Licensed in Virginia and West Virginia, Ashley consults in high-stakes litigation around the country. Most recently a shareholder with Gentry Locke Attorneys, Ashley is recognized for her work in defending motor carriers and freight brokers against personal injury claims. Ashley is a frequent speaker to transportation industry associations.

Nicholas A. Beck has joined the firm as an associate. Previously in the transportation defense practice at Gentry Locke Attorneys, Nicholas focuses on transportation, premises liability, and other litigation defense matters at Moran Reeves Conn. Nicholas is licensed in Virginia and earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.

Nia E. White has joined the firm as an associate, also transitioning from Gentry Locke Attorneys. Nia represents clients in Virginia’s state and federal courts across a wide variety of practice areas, including transportation, employment, premises liability, employment, and business disputes. Nia earned her J.D. from the William & Mary Law School.

Laura M. Berry has joined Moran Reeves Conn as an associate. Laura defends businesses and transportation companies in general civil liability matters and contract disputes in state and federal courts. Laura previously practiced personal injury defense at the Harman Claytor Corrigan & Wellman law firm. She earned her J.D. from the St. John’s University School of Law.
