Melissa Fagley-Deeck, CEDS

Melissa Fagley-Deeck is a paralegal on the firm’s transportation and commercial litigation team. She has more than 34 years of experience working in complex litigation, including defending medical malpractice and personal injury and tort claims. Melissa also has experience assisting teams defending Federal Qui Tam actions and First Amendment claims.

She is known for steady case management and for keeping complex matters organized from early case assessment through trial. Melissa is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist. She has worked on dozens of local and out-of-state trials and has also developed and managed large-scale databases.

In her free time, she is an avid photographer and has a degree from Washington School of Photography. She is fluent in ASL (American Sign Language) as well as Finnish. She also enjoys watercolor painting, reading, and spending time with her family.
