Natalie Lyon is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation group, where she represents businesses in commercial litigation, premises liability defense, and transportation matters. With experience spanning civil litigation, general tort litigation, and practice in both state and federal courts, she brings a strategic, results-driven approach to resolving disputes and helping clients protect their business interests.
Natalie’s experience as former in-house counsel for a biotech company provides her with a good understanding of the business considerations that shape legal strategy. She has drafted and negotiated commercial agreements and advised executives on corporate governance and legal risk, enabling her to deliver practical, business-focused counsel tailored to the challenges facing clients in the transportation and commercial sectors.
