Laura May Hooe Promoted to Partner

MRC shareholders are pleased to announce the promotion of attorney Laura May Hooe to partner. Laura has developed a substantial litigation practice, defending national and regional clients in high-risk products liability and toxic tort litigation, as well as defending healthcare providers against claims of negligent care and wrongful death.

Laura has demonstrated leadership qualities both inside and outside of the firm.  She serves as chair of MRC’s summer associate program, and she is chair of the product liability and toxic torts section of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.

Laura’s recent peer accolades include The Best Lawyers in America 2021 “Ones to Watch”, Virginia Super Lawyer 2021 Rising Stars, and Virginia Lawyers Weekly 2020 Up & Coming Lawyers.
