Teresa A. Clark, ACP

Teresa is a paralegal in Moran Reeves Conn’s Litigation practice. She drafts pleadings, discovery, discovery responses, schedules depositions and mediations, arbitrations, hearings and trials, and assists with trial preparation and presentation.

With more than 30 years of litigation experience, and life as a military brat and spouse, Teresa is uniquely wired to navigate change in a fast-paced environment. Teresa assists attorneys and clients with navigating complex litigation of every variety. She also has considerable experience with eDiscovery, legal hold implementation, and electronic internal and external investigations. She holds a Paralegal Certification through the National Association of Paralegals (NALA) and three Advanced Certifications in Discovery, e-Discovery, and Trial Preparation.

In her free time, Teresa enjoys travelling with her husband, family and friends, exploring Virginia waterways by boat, jet ski or paddle board, cooking, gardening, and exercising.
