Product Liability Team Scores Appellate Victory

The firm’s liability team, including attorneys Martin Conn and Laura May Hooe,  scored an appellate victory for its client in Colbert v. Norcold, Inc. The Fourth Circuit affirmed the Eastern District of Virginia’s grant of summary judgment to Norcold, finding — in a case of first impression — that the “Fireman’s Rule” applies to product liability claims under Virginia law.
