Four MRC Attorneys Present at VADA Annual Meeting

Four MRC attorneys were co-presenters or panelists at the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys annual meeting in Virginia Beach. Ashley Davoli was a panelist for the presentation “Artificial Intelligence in Civil Litigation Practice”, while Martin Conn was a panelist for the topic “The Shifting Rules of Respondeat Superior.” Stewart Pollock co-presented “The Discoverability of Materials Shared and Communications with Experts and an Overview on Issues Relating to Disclosures and Admissibility.” Kathleen McCauley co-presented “From Assignment to Settlement: Evaluating and Documenting Your Case to Maximize Resolution.”
